We help developers represent themselves holistically and match them to jobs at the best companies globally. # Job Description - Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia - Preferred: Malaysian - SOCSO/EPF Provided As a Junior Product Manager, you will assist in the development and management of our product line. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to ensure the successful launch and growth of products. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about technology, has a keen eye for detail, and is eager to learn about product management. ## Key Responsibilities: ### Assist in Product Development: - Collaborate with the Senior Product Manager to define product vision, strategy, and roadmap. - Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas for new product features. - Conduct market research to identify customer needs and market trends. ### Project Management: - Assist in managing product development timelines and ensure deadlines are met. - Coordinate with cross-functional teams to facilitate communication and project execution. - Help track progress and resolve any issues that arise during the product development process. ### Product Launch and Marketing: - Assist in the creation of marketing materials, including product descriptions, presentations, and promotional content. - Support the marketing team in planning and executing product launches. - Gather feedback from customers and stakeholders to improve future product releases. ### Data Analysis and Reporting: - Analyze product performance data and generate reports to support decision-making. - Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights to optimize product strategies. - Assist in identifying areas for product improvement based on data analysis. - Creating PRD for every projects or product iniatitives ### Customer Engagement: - Assist in addressing customer inquiries and issues related to the product. - Help gather customer feedback and incorporate it into product development. - Participate in user testing and provide input to enhance user experience. # Qualifications: - Bachelor degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. - 2 years of experience in product management, marketing, or a related field is preferred. - Experience with Agile development methodologies is a plus. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. - Familiarity with project management tools like Linear, JIRA or Notion. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). - Highly organized and detail-oriented. - Eager to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment. - Passionate about technology and product innovation. This role involves sourcing candidates through various channels, conducting interviews, and handling talents to ensure a smooth recruitment process. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of technology roles, excellent communication skills, and a passion for finding the right fit for both candidates and the organization. ## Key Responsibilities: - Utilize various sourcing methods, including online job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals, to identify potential candidates for technical positions. - Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates based on job requirements and company standards. - Conduct and schedule initial phone screenings or face-to-face interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit. - Work closely with engineers to understand job requirements, team dynamics, and desired candidate profiles. - Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs, ensuring timely follow-up and feedback. - Organize and participate in job fairs, tech meetups, and other recruitment events to attract talent. - Develop and maintain relationships with potential candidates, industry professionals, and external recruitment partners. - Assist in the negotiation of job offers and terms of employment with selected candidates. - Develop and manage competitive compensation and benefits programs. - Conduct salary surveys and market research to ensure competitive pay structures. - Oversee payroll administration and benefits enrollment processes. - Stay Updated on Industry Trends: Keep abreast of the latest trends in tech recruiting and the broader technology industry to remain competitive in attracting talent. ## Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - 2+ years of experience in technical recruiting, preferably within the technology or IT industry. - Strong understanding of technology roles and technical skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment. - Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. - Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws. - Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools. - Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills. - Self-motivated and results-oriented. - Strong attention to detail. - Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
